Terms of service

The service. Contract Support Tender Alerts lists public sector tenders taken from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder and matched to the preferences you set. We do our best to keep it accurate, but always check the official notice before you bid. We cannot guarantee that every relevant tender is listed.

Plans and price. Essentials costs £39 a month and Pro £89 a month, taken by card through Stripe. New subscribers may take one 7 day trial for £4.99, charged at sign up and not refundable once the trial has started. The chosen plan then continues from day 8 at its monthly price unless the subscription is cancelled before then. The trial is limited to one per business: a business that has had a trial before, identified by its card, its name and postcode, its Companies House number or its email address, starts on the full plan. During the trial, use is limited to 15 answer scores and 2 tender packs. A reminder is emailed two days before the trial ends. Upgrades to Pro take effect immediately, with the price difference charged pro rata. You may cancel at any time from your account page, and the service continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Score checks and reviews. These are separate paid services, agreed by email before any work starts, under the Contract Support Terms of Business.

Data. Tender information contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
