Privacy policy

Carl Dennis, trading as Contract Support, is the data controller for this service. Contact: carl@contractsupport.uk.

What we collect. Your name, company, email, phone number, password (stored only in scrambled form), your tender preferences and any score check requests you send. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.

Why. To run your account, send the weekly email you asked for, reply to score check requests and take payment. The lawful basis is the contract between us.

Who sees it. Only Contract Support and the providers that run the service (hosting, email delivery and Stripe). We never sell your data.

How long. While your account is open, and up to six years after for accounting records.

Free answer score. To limit the free score to one per visitor, we set a small signed cookie and keep a scrambled code made from your IP address and basic browser details. We never store the IP address itself, and these codes are deleted after eight days. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
