How it works

1. Start your trial

Sign up with your email and a password, then add a card through Stripe. The 7 day trial costs £4.99 at sign up and includes the full tool. Your chosen plan continues from day 8, Essentials at £39 a month, unless you cancel. We email you two days before the trial ends. You can move to Pro at £89 a month at any time.

2. Set your preferences

Pick your trades, the regions and counties you work in anywhere in the UK, your turnover, your accreditations and the contract sizes you can take on. You can change these whenever you like.

3. Check your tenders

Your dashboard shows every live tender that matches, with the Top 3 at the top. Each one shows the buyer, the value, the deadline, how quality and price are weighted, and a scoring tip. Red badges mean two weeks or fewer are left.

4. Read your alerts

Choose a daily email whenever new matches appear, a Monday round up, or both. You can change this in your preferences.

5. Brief yourself and decide

Open any tender for a one page briefing, a bid or no bid verdict with its reasons, and the firms that have won similar work from the same buyer.

6. Strengthen your answers

Save your case studies, policies, CVs and social value pledges in your library. Draft an answer from that evidence alone, then see a predicted mark and the improvements a panel would expect.

7. Get a Contract Support review

If you are bidding, press Get a Contract Support review. Contract Support will mark your answers the way a panel would and show you where the marks are, within 48 hours of getting your documents.
